Lancaster Country Day School ARTIST IN RESIDENCE celebration concert wrap up!

Basic Outline ( some locations vary in days and times) 

Week 1

Tuesday and Thursday

Day 1- Meet the artist, background and history

Day 2- Lyric development- age appropriate School Song lyric development  

Grade levels flexible- 40 to 45 minute sessions 

Week 2

Tuesday and Thursday

Day 3- Introduce Music genres and melody as well as dynamics, tempo and beat 

Day 4- Recording session- each grade level records vocal parts on their song. (Steven pre-records music tracks)
Grade levels- 40 to 45 minute sessions 

Week 3

Tuesday

Day 5- Wrap up and review, Q and A session

Thursday
Day 6- School Performance/Daytime assembly 

Bonus Concert (optional)
